Shipping policy

Orders will ship between 2 - 3 business days after the order was placed.

Transit times very depending on volume and time of year. Once the package is in the hands of Canada Post, we no longer have control of times.

Transit times are approximately 3 - 4 business days for Western Provinces. 2 - 3 for Eastern Provinces. 5 - 6 days for Maritimes.

Harlow and Marley is not responsible for mis-delivered packages, stolen packages or returned packages. If your package is returned to us you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee. Please make sure your shipping address is correct to avoid any issues.
